2. Website and app services
These terms cover use of this marketing website. Creating a Certly account, purchasing a licence and using the Certly app are governed by the terms presented for those services. Using an interactive website demonstration does not create an account or subscription.
3. Interactive demonstrations
Demonstrations use example information and selected workflows. They are not a place to record real inspection work, store customer records or issue valid certificates. Do not enter confidential client information. Sample readings and warnings illustrate the software; they do not replace competent inspection, professional judgement or the applicable standards.
4. Product information and pricing
We aim to keep descriptions and prices accurate. Features marked in development are not commitments to a release date or guaranteed functionality. Check the applicable plan, price, tax and terms before purchasing. The website currently directs you to the Certly app for account and subscription services.
5. Using our content
We or our licensors own the website content, branding and design. You may view and share links to public pages and make copies for your own reference. Do not copy or reuse our branding or substantial website content commercially without permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.
