A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE ASKING
Good questions.
Clear answers.
About the app, the workflow and getting started.
Ask the Certly team →How much does Certly cost?
Certly is £14.99 + VAT per month or £149.99 + VAT per year, per licence. Both include unlimited certificates, PAT and all new releases.
Can I use my account on more than one device?
Yes. You can log in to your account on as many devices as you want. Pricing is per licence, rather than per device.
What does Certly do?
Certly brings electrical certificates, circuit schedules, inspection results, client records and team reviews into one place, from the first entry to the finished certificate.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. The interactive demo on this website lets you explore selected workflows using sample data. Try rotating the phone, rearranging circuits, checking readings, adding your branding and following a QS review.
Which devices can I use?
Certly is available on iPhone, iPad and Android, with browser access on desktop and laptop computers. Save your work, then refresh another device to pick up the saved changes.
Which certificates are available?
The certificate library covers electrical installation and condition reports, Minor Works, EV charging, domestic fire detection, Part F ventilation and PAT testing. Open a category in the certificate section to see the full list.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Use your company logo or company name and the supported certificate strip, number-box and text colours. Try the colour picker in Your branding to sample your logo and collect its exact colours.
What happens when a reading is too high?
Certly can warn when measured Zs exceeds the permitted maximum for the circuit. The Regs built in interaction shows that warning and selected numeric validation prompts. A high reading can still be recorded.
Can I copy a distribution board?
Yes. Copy a board from another certificate with its circuit details and recorded readings. The copy is independent. Review it for the destination property and select its supplying board and circuit again where needed.
How does QS Relay work?
The engineer submits the certificate for QS review. The QS can return notes against sections that need correction, then review the resubmission and approve the certificate. Try that handover in the QS Relay demo.
Is offline working available?
Offline working is in development. We’ll share confirmed availability through the website and mailing list when it is released.
How can I get help or suggest an improvement?
Email support@certly.co.uk. Feedback from electricians and the teams using Certly helps guide improvements.
